Must-Read Policies

These policies are designed to set clear expectations, protect both the client and photographer, and ensure a smooth, professional experience. By booking a session with Renz Photo, you agree to the following terms:

Come Prepared

Clients must arrive photo-ready:

• Hair and makeup done

• Nails and toes groomed

• Body shaved and moisturized

Failure to arrive prepared may result in cancellation of your session without a refund. The photographer is not responsible for unpreparedness (e.g. visible body hair, dry skin).

Turnaround Time

• RAW Images: Delivered via Google Drive within 48 hours after the shoot.

• Edited/Retouched Images: Delivered within up to 3 days after edited image selections are submitted.

• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

Retouching & Body Modification

• Standard Retouching includes: skin smoothing, blemish removal, and basic corrections.

• Body Modifications (e.g. slimming, reshaping) are not included and may incur additional charges and time. Please discuss in advance.

Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

• Accepted payment methods:

• Zelle (preferred)

• Apple Pay

• Cash App

• ❌ No cash accepted

Late Policy

• A $50 late fee will be charged if you are 15–30 minutes late.

• Sessions will be cancelled without refund if you are over 30 minutes late.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable and act as a cancellation fee.

• 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without penalty.

• Rescheduling is permitted once, within 3 months, subject to availability.

Guests

You may bring 1–2 guests (space permitting).

Guests may assist or observe but may not appear in photos unless planned during booking.

Studio Etiquette

• Do not walk around the building.

• Upon arrival, wait in your vehicle and notify the photographer, or wait in the lobby if open.

• Please be respectful of other tenants in the building.

• Changing time cuts into your session time.

• If you need to change outfits before shooting, notify the photographer in advance. Early access is not guaranteed and must be pre-approved.

Client-Provided Locations (Lifestyle Shoots)

• Clients are fully responsible for providing a suitable location.

• Locations must be:

• Safe

• Legal

• Allow professional photography

• The photographer is not responsible for finding or securing a location.

Copyright

All images are copyrighted by Renz Photo and protected by U.S. copyright law.

• Clients receive a limited-use license (see below).

• RAW files may not be edited or redistributed without written permission.

• Ownership of all photos remains with the photographer.

Image Use

Clients are granted rights to:

• Use images for personal use only (social media, prints, online profiles)

You may not:

• Resell or license the photos

• Apply heavy editing or filters

• Use images for commercial/promotional purposes without written consent and additional licensing

Renz Photo may use selected images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the session.

Model Release

By booking with Renz Photo, you consent to the use of your images for:

• Portfolio

• Website

• Social media

• Advertising or promotional materials

To opt out, you must notify the photographer in writing before your session.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. Renz Photo will never sell or share your personal information.

Client details (name, contact info, images) are used only for:

• Booking

• Communication

• Image delivery

• Internal record-keeping

All data is stored securely and handled with respect.
